210.000 € capital located in the south of France.
It has been created in 1988 by a plasma
spraying specialist of the University of Limoges and by
an automation engineer.
2PS is a specialist in the plasma spraying
coating technology. Nowadays, it proposes to its customers
several types of services.

OUR STENGHTS |
|
2PS, since 1988, is one of
a few french firms that up dates the biocompatible coatings
of HAP (Hydroxyapatite) on surgical implants. More than
100 000 implants have been coated today by 2PS.
2PS owns a know-how coming on the creation
of the friction pair ceramics / ceramics or ceramics / metal
used in automotive industries and for light 4x4 trucks.
2PS designs, produces, and installs totally
or partly automatic plasma spraying machines with C.N.C
which are specific to the firm, and adapted to what is to
be produced.
More than twenty formulas, solving high
or low friction coefficient problems in various fields such
as chemistry, medical, mechanics, belong to 2PS.

- 2PS is a long time member of European
projects (BRITE EURAM, CRAFT)
- 2PS works with research laboratories specialised in plasmas
or medical materials of various universities (Toulouse,
Limoges, Perpignan ...) or engineers schools (St Etienne,
Lyon).
